This role offers predictable clinic hours, a focused ICHD modality, and full leadership over daily operations in a stable chronic dialysis setting. We are seeking a Clinic Manager (RN) to oversee our 22station InCenter Hemodialysis (ICHD) facility in Jasper, TX. In this role, you will guide clinical operations, mentor a dedicated nursing and technical team, and support highquality care for chronic dialysis patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical & Patient Care Leadership Oversee clinical care across 22 ICHD stations in alignment with regulatory standards Participate in Comprehensive Assessments, care planning, and IDT collaboration Maintain continuous Survey Readiness and lead QAPI activities Enforce infection control, supply management, and water treatment quality (AAMI) Team Leadership & Staff Development Recruit, onboard, train, and support clinical and administrative staff Build staffing schedules that maintain safe nursetopatient ratios Provide clear feedback, conduct evaluations, and foster a culture of accountability and respect Ensure staff licensure, competencies, and required inservice training remain current Operational & Financial Oversight Manage facility budgets and monitor performance Oversee billing, documentation accuracy, and accounts payable processes Support biomedical and maintenance teams to ensure equipment and water systems meet standards Serve as an active member of the facility's
Governing Body Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current RN license in Texas (or compact state) BSN preferred Minimum 12 months of nursing experience At least 6 months of dialysis or ESRD patient care experience 3-5 years of ESRD clinical and management experience preferred Current BLS/CPR certification Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and familiarity with healthcare compliance Benefits At Innovative Renal Care (IRC), our comprehensive benefits program is a key component of our total compensation package.
