Double Weekends Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician. Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations. EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices. May administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient's care plan. Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff. Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
Requirements:
