Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse LVN or RN to join our healthcare team. The Charge Nurse will play a critical role in overseeing patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality of care. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in various healthcare settings, including critical care, long-term care, and emergency medicine. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure optimal patient care. Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Manage emergency situations effectively, utilizing critical thinking skills. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs. Must be a Licensed Nurse (LVN or RN)
