What You'll Do:
As a Charge Nurse in a skilled nursing facility, you play a critical role in ensuring residents receive compassionate, high-quality care while helping lead and support the clinical team. Implement resident care plans and ensure care is provided according to each resident's individual needs Observe, assess, document, and report changes in residents' conditions Identify significant changes in condition and take appropriate action according to facility policies and procedures Administer medications as prescribed Complete narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts Initiate and complete incident and accident reports as needed Communicate with residents and their designated point of contact regarding status updates and changes in condition Help promote a safe, supportive, and resident-centered care environment Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by the
Director of Nursing or Administrator Must Have:
Completion of an accredited RN or LVN nursing program Active Texas RN or LVN license in good standing Legally authorized to work in the United States Why Work for Wellsential Health?
