Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking PACU Nurse Manager for an exciting Travel or Local job in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the PACU department Oversee staffing assignments and maintain productivity targets Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance Review and update departmental policies, procedures, and protocols Ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives Monitor operations and resolve operational issues proactively Support budget management and inventory control Promote staff development and continuing education Act as a change agent and role model for the department Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required BSN required BLS (Basic Life Support) required ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required Minimum 2+ years of OR or Day Surgery experience required Previous nursing leadership/management experience required Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
