•Quick Start•Urgent need for a RN Charge Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team Pay rate: $46/hr

Job Location:

Sweetwater, TX 79556

Shift:

7p-7a

Duration of Contract:

13Weeks Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs

Position Requirements:

Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) Minimum of 2 years of RN experience Previous Charge Nurse experience is required Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification Current PALS certification Experience in Medical/Surgical nursing Experience caring for Telemetry patients

Responsibilities:

Serve as the Charge Nurse for the Medical/Surgical unit during night shifts. Provide direct nursing care to adult Medical/Surgical patients. Monitor and care for patients requiring telemetry. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Lead, support, and coordinate the nursing team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
