Support Exceptional Care. Lawrence Street Health Care Center is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Weekend Supervisor . What You'll Do Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during weekend shifts Ensure high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations Assess residents, respond to changes in condition, and assist with clinical decision-making Coordinate care with the Director of Nursing, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Mentor, coach, and support nurses and CNAs to promote teamwork and accountability Monitor staffing, workflow, and resident safety throughout the shift Complete accurate, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Promote infection prevention, resident rights, and a culture of compassionate, resident-centered care Qualifications Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing At least one year of skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment Passion for providing exceptional care to seniors Join a team that values leadership, compassion, and clinical excellence.
