Clinical Coordinator / RN for the
Operating Room Responsibilities:
Coordinate and deliver high-quality perioperative care Manage daily OR workflows, patient flow, and staffing Provide direct nursing care before, during, and after surgery Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient procedures Maintain regulatory compliance and optimize patient outcomes Support staff education and participate in quality and safety initiatives Utilize advanced technology and EHR systems Contribute to a patient-centered, mission-driven health system
Qualifications & Skills:
Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience in perioperative or surgical nursing Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills Knowledge of OR workflows, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
