Job Description

Senior Care Health & Rehabilitation holds a CMS 5-Star Status across our Overall, Health, and Quality ratings. We offer a starting rate of $35/hr for Registered Nurses and $26/hr for Licensed Vocational Nurses. Our 144-bed facility relies on objective clinical data and compliance metrics to maintain high standards of patient care. We seek serious applicants who desire to be the best in their field.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits Starting Compensation:
$35/hr for RNs and $26/hr for LVNs.
Shift Schedule:
12-Hr shifts with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Log clinical events and status changes in the electronic health record. Monitor resident vital signs and manage care plan execution. Coordinate shift changes with floor teams to maintain reporting consistency.
Qualifications Licensure:
Active Texas RN License or Texas LVN License.
Background Check:
Must pass a criminal background check (legal requirement for SNFs).
Drug Test:
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
Transportation:
Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance. Atmosphere & Environment Our facility at 910 Midwestern Pkwy is designed for orderly floor operations and systematic resident care rounds.
