We are looking for a full-time Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about mental health treatment with prior psych specific experience to join our executive team. This is a dual-role, providing psychiatric medication evaluation and prescription management services to patients in an outpatient setting for a portion of the time along with leading the location clinically by overseeing LÉVO's care philosophy among other providers. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic mental health conditions Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients Assist with development and implementation of patient management policies and procedures Supervise the clinic's providers and provide clinical and operational support Assist in the recruitment, hiring, training and ongoing mentorship of providers Advocate and embody LEVO's 3C's values (Connection, Communication and Culture) Assist and support Executive Team in carrying out LEVO initiatives Collaboratively drive location growth with income opportunity to benefit from the upside Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

Qualifications:

DNP or Master's degree as a PMHNP Hold valid state licensure Prefer a minimum of 4 years mental health experience Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities Work in collaboration with the LÉVO team and outside referring sources

Utah APRN License DEA Certification Additional Experience:
