Job Description

Category Nursing - Nurse Manager Job Type Direct Hire Advance your nursing leadership career in a pivotal Nurse Supervisor role at a newly established pharmacy and infusion suite. As the primary nurse in this innovative setting, you will perform both in-suite and home infusion services for acute and specialty drugs. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of nursing care and set the standard for a growing team.
Schedule & Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (variable) Participation in on-call rotation (nights and weekends as needed) Expect to travel up to one hour each way for home visits; must be comfortable working in homes with animals and potential cigarette smoke
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect skilled nursing care, including administration and management of physician orders. Lead, train, and develop professional nursing staff as the team expands. Oversee orientation, clinical competence, performance evaluations, and continuing education initiatives. Ensure timely and accurate documentation to comply with all regulatory and billing requirements. Coordinate patient scheduling, verification, assessment, and teaching. Collaborate closely with clinical and operations management on program development, policy implementation, and performance evaluation. Maintain readiness to respond to emergencies and participate in after-hours support. Promote productivity, quality, and compliance within the nursing department.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN required, MSN preferred. Current RN licensure in good standing. Minimum 2 years' experience in home infusion, specialty infusion, home health, oncology, nutrition support, IV therapy, or critical care; pediatric experience preferred. At least 1 year within the past 5 years of supervisory or administrative management in home health or infusion. Clinical expertise in IV therapies and vascular access devices. Proficiency with MS Office. Valid driver's license. Advanced certifications (CRNI, ONS, IgRN) a plus.
