Job Description

Category Nursing - Nurse Manager Job Type Direct Hire Take the lead in a vital new pharmacy and infusion suite, providing expert care while shaping the clinical environment from the ground up. As the initial nurse, you'll administer both acute and specialty drug infusions and travel to patient homes within a one-hour radius as needed. This position also involves on-call rotations to ensure seamless patient care. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, variable hours On-call rotation required (including nights and weekends) Occasional travel up to one hour to patient homes (exposure to pets and smoke possible) Key Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN required, MSN preferred) Active RN license in good standing At least 2 years of nursing practice in home infusion, specialty infusion, home health, oncology, nutrition support, IV therapy, or critical care Minimum 1 year of supervisory/administrative management experience in home health, infusion, or a related program within the past 5 years Experience with pediatric nursing strongly preferred Advanced certifications (CRNI, ONS, IgRN) are a plus Clinical expertise with all types of IV lines and vascular access devices Proficiency with MS Office Valid driver's license without significant restrictions Willingness to work independently and in a dynamic, evolving environment Primary Responsibilities Deliver direct and indirect skilled nursing care in both suite and home settings Implement and manage physician orders for nursing Develop, mentor, and motivate clinical staff as the team expands Oversee orientation, training, and continued professional development Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal requirements Collaborate with management in clinical policy and program development Respond effectively to emergency situations during operating and on-call hours What You'll Gain Competitive compensation, up to $120k annually Influence and impact on building a new clinical service from its inception Room for professional growth as the program and team expand If you are driven, resourceful, and ready to shape a high-quality infusion service in a patient-focused setting, apply today to advance your leadership journey in nursing!
