If you dream of being part of one of the best teams in the region, your future starts right here! ✨ The Charge Nurse supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures. This position also assists in the development/implementation of patient care plans, identifies patient goals/approaches, resolves patient/family concerns, and summarizes concerns for Clinical Unit Manager.
Qualifications include:
Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents We offer a competitive rate of pay and a comprehensive benefits package for full time associates which include affordable health and dental insurance within 60-90 days of hire, paid time off, extra pay for holidays, and a 401k with company match.
