We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN) to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, supporting clinical staff, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining regulatory compliance during weekend shifts.
Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday 8-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts Ensure quality resident care and adherence to care plans Assist with staffing coordination and clinical oversight Address resident, family, and staff concern professionally Monitor documentation and regulatory compliance Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance as needed
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in good standing Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Previous supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to providing exceptional resident care Why Join Our Team?
