Job Description

Category Nursing - Nurse Manager Job Type Direct Hire Lead the foundation of a brand-new pharmacy and infusion suite, where your clinical expertise and leadership will shape exceptional patient care. As the sole nurse initially, you'll take on both hands-on and administrative responsibilities, providing critical support for acute and specialty drug infusions in the suite and in patients' homes. This is a unique opportunity to influence operations from the ground up and grow into a mentorship role as the team expands. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is up to $122,000.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (variable) On-call rotation, including nights and weekends Travel up to 1 hour each direction to patient homes as needed
Qualifications:
BSN from an accredited program required; MSN preferred Current RN license (in good standing) At least 2 years recent experience in home infusion, specialty infusion, home health, oncology, nutrition support, IV therapy, or critical care 1+ year of supervisory or administrative management experience in a home health/infusion or related field within the last 5 years Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred Proficient in clinical skills for IV therapies, all IV lines, and vascular access devices Valid driver's license, comfortable traveling to varied home environments Advanced certifications such as CRNI, ONS, IgRN preferred Strong proficiency in
MS Office Key Responsibilities:
