This position not only requires clinical expertise in acute and specialty drug infusions but also a commitment to building and shaping nursing protocols and standards as the facility grows.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (hours variable) Participation in on-call rotation (nights and weekends) Ability to drive up to an hour one direction for home visits Must be comfortable working in patient homes that may have animals or cigarette smoke
Key Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN required, MSN preferred Current RN license in good standing Minimum 2 years' nursing experience in home infusion, IV therapy, oncology, critical care, nutrition support, or related specialty At least 1 year within the last 5 years in supervisory/administrative management in home health/infusion/similar programs Pediatric nursing experience (2+ years) strongly preferred Clinical expertise with IV therapies and all IV lines Knowledge of vascular access devices and infusion therapies Proficiency with MS Office Advanced certifications such as CRNI, ONS, or IgRN preferred Valid, unrestricted state driver's license Must be available at all times during operating hours and for emergencies
