Job Description

Category Nursing - Nurse Manager Job Type Direct Hire Step into a leadership role where your nursing expertise shapes the direction of a new pharmacy/infusion suite. As the primary nurse in this direct hire position, you'll deliver advanced infusion care both in-suite and in patient homes, administering acute and specialty therapies and setting the standards for future nursing staff hires. This is a critical opportunity to drive operational excellence and patient outcomes from the ground up.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (variable) On-call rotation required Ability to drive up to 1 hour each way for in-home visits Work environments may include homes with animals or cigarette smoke
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN required, MSN preferred Active RN license in good standing Minimum 2 years' recent experience in home infusion, specialty infusion, home health, oncology, nutrition support, IV therapy, or critical care At least 1 year of recent supervisory or administrative management experience in home health/infusion or related field (within the past 5 years) Pediatric nursing experience ideal Advanced specialty certifications a plus (CRNI, ONS, IgRN) Strong IV therapy and vascular access skills Proficiency in MS Office Valid state driver's license without significant restrictions Ability to respond to emergencies and be available during all operating hours, including nights/weekends as needed
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect skilled nursing care in both suite and home settings Oversee nursing operations, compliance, staff orientation, and clinical competence Ensure accurate, timely documentation and billing support Train, develop, and motivate professional staff Coordinate with managers to implement policies and drive departmental performance Support a multi-disciplinary clinical team focused on safety and high-quality patient outcomes Take advantage of this pivotal career move, with a compensation package up to $120k, where you will build and lead an exceptional infusion service.
