If you are an LPN with supervisory experience in long-term care settings (such as nursing homes, assisted living, or ICF) and are passionate about improving the lives of children with intellectual disabilities, we want to hear from you! This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a difference every day. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN Charge Nurse to lead our nursing team. Full time 12-8pm Mon-Fridays and every other weekend. Must be flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with best practices and regulations. Maintain compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and conducting performance reviews. Address patient and family concerns, ensuring satisfaction and high standards of care.
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in VA. Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a clinical setting. Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of nursing best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in electronic health records and other healthcare software. Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
