• Part-time, Full-time About This Role Comfort Homecare Services is a growing private-duty home care agency seeking an experienced RN to serve as a key member of our leadership team.

This is not an assessment-only position — we need a builder. Someone who can look at a fast-moving operation, identify what's missing, and fix it. You will have real ownership over both clinical quality and day-to-day operations, with the opportunity to shape how this agency grows. Key Responsibilities Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans Complete supervisory visits and ensure ongoing compliance with state and agency standards Lead caregiver onboarding, training, and skills validation Audit charts and documentation for quality assurance Investigate incidents and resolve client concerns in a timely manner Support staffing, scheduling, and operational workflows Lead implementation and optimization of WellSky home care software Coach caregivers and office staff to strengthen performance and service quality Serve as a resource and decision-maker for both clinical and operational questions Required Qualifications Active Virginia RN license (required) Meaningful experience in home care, home health, hospice, or private-duty senior care Prior leadership or management role within a home care or similar setting Strong working knowledge of compliance, caregiver supervision, and client care management Organized, proactive, and effective in fast-paced environments Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications WellSky experience strongly preferred Experience building or improving systems within a growing agency Schedule & Compensation Part-Time or Full-Time available — flexible for the right candidate Competitive hourly rate: $45
