LPN - Nurse Manager - Assisted Living

We are Regency on Whidbey, a retirement, assisted living and memory care community providing each individual compassionate care in a nurturing environment. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team. Assisted Living Unit Excellent Community Leadership Leadership and Employee Management Experience Required As LPN Nurse Manager, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day activities of caregiving staff. Evaluate and assess patient needs, including health, resources, and environment. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, and training/supervision of caregiver staff.

You Will:

Train staff and assist the Wellness Director Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents. Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, self-care, and independence, as permitted by state regulations. Ensure care as indicated on residents' treatment and service plans. Know and follow infection control and safety procedures. Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation. Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations. Provide oversight and training to care staff.

You Currently:

Possess a current LPN license in good standing. Typical candidates have one year of supervisor experience in a healthcare setting. Have experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
