SKYLINE HOSPITAL, 60
miles east of Portland Oregon, located in the Scenic Columbia River Gorge, is seeking a full-time Acute Care Manager. DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Responsibilities include management of inpatient services, including ICU, acute care and swing bed unit. This position manages the daily operational activities of the inpatient unit and assists with and participates in patient care. The Acute Care Manager promotes department goals, objectives, standards of performance, policies and procedures and is responsible for the implementation of and compliance with Standards of Nursing Practice that promote optimum health care delivery. Must be available for Call.
EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENC
Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution required, BSN preferred Current nursing license in the state of Washington Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role Minimum of 5 years experience as a staff nurse Current ACLS and other certifications as required by Skyline Hospital Must possess detailed knowledge of hospital nursing operations We offer a competitive wage and an excellent benefit package that includes medical insurance, life insurance, retirement and paid time off.
