We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our center, ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction for our residents. $5,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities:

Oversee the management of the center, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training Develop and implement effective care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including resident files and medication administration Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:
