How You'll Contribute:
Leads daily operations, coordinating staff and resources to ensure efficient workflows and patient throughput Promotes high-quality, patient-centered care and advocates for patients and team members Serves as liaison between physicians and nursing, facilitating communication and resolving issues Builds strong cross-functional relationships and collaborates with internal teams and external partners Ensures care quality, regulatory compliance, and drives continuous process improvement Acts as a clinical resource and supports staff education, training, and development Provides leadership in staffing and HR functions, including hiring, performance management, and team engagement
What We Are Looking For:
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Requires 2 years of experience in an inpatient nursing NICU unit environment. Strongly prefer a minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Level
III NICU
Ability to provide direct patient care for Level
III NICU
