Role:
As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care coordination. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and treatment.Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of skilled nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants Develop and implement processes to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions Collaborate with our medical director and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and address any concerns or issues Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital-wide committees Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standardsRequirements:
RN Unit Manager experience preferred Current Wisconsin RN license required BSN or ADN degree from an accredited institution Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptionsWhat We Offer:
