$500 after 30 days $500 after 90 days $1,000 after 6 months Job Purpose Provide clinical leadership and nursing oversight within our assisted living and memory care community. The RN Supervisor is responsible for resident assessments, care planning, staff delegation, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and supporting team members in delivering exceptional care. What You'll Do Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized service plans based on resident needs, preferences, and goals. Monitor resident health status and ensure timely follow-up on clinical concerns, changes in condition, and physician recommendations. Maintain accurate resident records, assessments, service plans, and nursing documentation. Provide RN delegation, supervision, coaching, and education to Resident Services Assistants and Medication Administration Assistants. Conduct staff observations, performance discussions, competency reviews, and corrective action as needed. Assist with interviewing, onboarding, orientation, and training new caregiving staff. Partner with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality outcomes. Support residents with medication administration or direct care when needed to ensure adequate staffing and resident support. Promote best practices in dementia care through ongoing education, guidance, and staff development. Ensure compliance with Wisconsin DHS regulations, nursing standards, and community policies. Support infection prevention and control efforts throughout the community. Participate in emergency preparedness activities, fire drills, and other regulatory requirements. Report and respond appropriately to incidents, concerns, and reportable events. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that enhance resident care, safety, and quality of life. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, team members, volunteers, and community partners. What You'll Need Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting. Previous leadership, supervisory, or team mentoring experience preferred. Knowledge of dementia care and a passion for serving older adults. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members across departments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Knowledge of Wisconsin CBRF and RCAC regulations preferred. When You'll Work Full-time position (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Participate in an on-call rotation approximately once every eight weeks, including weekend coverage during assigned rotation.
