Days | Full-time Salary range: $92,493 - $125,138 per year Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000 #LI-KC1 How you'll make an impact in this role: Lead a culture of clinical excellence by mentoring your team and providing the strategic counsel necessary to improve daily effectiveness and patient outcomes. Optimize departmental operations to ensure we deliver high-quality, cost-effective care that aligns with our long-term productivity and service goals. Drive continuous quality improvement by assessing departmental performance and refining workflows to exceed both clinical and contractual standards. Cultivate an engaging work environment that prioritizes staff retention and high employee morale, directly translating into patient satisfaction. Identify and champion growth opportunities through collaborative partnerships and internal marketing initiatives to expand the reach of our services. Registration:

BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred. Registered Nurse preferred.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. What additional requirements you'll need: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license is required Previous experience in memory care is highly preferred Life at
