Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) CBRF Director Forest Glen & Shepherds Inn - Assisted Living Seymour, WI (15-20 minutes from Green Bay and Appleton)
Salary Range:
$85,000 - $95,000 (Based on Experience)
Hours:
80 per two week pay period Position Summary The CBRF RN Director plans, directs, implements, and supervises services and personnel to ensure high-quality care for residents while promoting independence, dignity, and safety. This leadership role works closely with the Executive Director/Nursing Home Administrator and other departments to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, support staff development, and achieve operational goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee resident care services and ensure quality standards are maintained Monitor resident health and provide nursing assessments and case management Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Supervise, support, and evaluate staff performance Coordinate admissions and assess potential resident care needs Maintain staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage Assist with resident care and support on the floor as needed Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff Develop and support marketing and occupancy goals Monitor quality assurance indicators and report outcomes Participate in community outreach and professional development activities Maintain a safe, sanitary, and positive environment for residents and staff Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities Qualifications Current RN license required Experience in healthcare, human services, or community-based care required Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Social Work, Communication, or related field preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills Ability to supervise, coach, and motivate staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make independent decisions and manage multiple responsibilities Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist residents as needed Ability to work in a healthcare environment with potential exposure to infectious diseases and cleaning chemicals Must be able to respond calmly and effectively in stressful situations Why Join Good Shepherd Services?
