This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while guiding and supporting clinical staff during evening operations.
Schedule:
Part-time (2pm - 10pm); Weekend rotation may be required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during PM shifts Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate patient care Serve as the point of contact for clinical decision-making and escalation Coordinate staffing assignments and support workflow efficiency Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes Assist with admissions, assessments, and documentation as needed
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environments
