The Nurse Director of Long Term Care will report to a collaborative Chief Nursing Officer and partner closely with a Long Term Care Medical Director, enjoying strong administrative resources, robust staffing support, and the camaraderie of friendly nurses and a diverse interdisciplinary team. The Nurse Director of Long Term Care will guide daily operations, staffing and budgeting, QAPI and CMS compliance, infection prevention, person-centered programming, MDS/RUG alignment, and staff education, while mentoring charge nurses, CNAs, and allied health professionals to deliver consistent, dignified, and healing care.
