Nutritious Lifestyles is hiring NDTRs to provide nutritional care to our patients and residents using Food as Medicine, to promote recovery, health, and wellness What You'll Do Perform nutrition assessments, counseling, and personalized care planning. Provide nutrition support for patients with complex medical conditions. Educate and guide patients on nutrition-related health management. Utilize clinical dietetics expertise to enhance patient care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
