Perm Wasilla, Alaska opportunity to join a reputable clinic serving a pediatric population in an Occupational Therapist role. Full time positions available with flexible hours. You can decide your schedule as long as it meets the needs of your patients. Build relationships, learn new skills, feel like part of the team/family at this well managed facility.
Job Duties:
  • You'll collaborate with coworkers; clinic is home to OT and Speech
  • You'll work with parent/guardian to provide education and support
  • You'll provide diagnostic and assessment services
  • You'll work on development of plan of care and treatment goals
  • You'll monitor client progress and treatment plans and adjust goals as needed
  • This will become a leadership role and you'll be working closely with ownership to build this side of their practice
  • Consistent documentation and strong organization skills preferred
  • You'll make appropriate referrals for additional services as indicated
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited university
  • AK license or eligible
  • Previous experience with the pediatric population
  • Self-Starter mindset, creative energy and attention to detail

Travel Farther Together Referral Program:
Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you've referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor.
Payouts are split:
50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
License, Certification & CE Assistance:
Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment. 808167
