Occupational Therapist Opportunity:

Full-time, travel contract Open to temp to perm as well Complete accurate and concise documentation of all communications, coordination and treatment activity. Accept responsibility for evaluation of the patient s functional status and for interpretations and implementation of the physician s plan of care. Complete assessment/reassessment and makes decisions based upon objective tests and measurements.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the American Occupational Therapy Association. Current and active Occupational Therapist license Must be self-motivated, responsible, role model, well organized Have a nice appearance being well-groomed and demonstrate appropriate contact
