Make an immediate impact by supporting students success through school-based occupational therapy. This contract assignment runs through June 10, serving multiple schools in the Birmingham area with a diverse and engaging caseload. Youll provide services to approximately 50-60 students, with delivery models including individual sessions, small groups, and push-in supporttailored to each students IEP needs. Session frequency ranges from weekly to monthly (30 minutes per session), giving you flexibility to address a variety of goals in both academic and functional skills. Your day will typically run from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm across four different school sites, adding variety to your week and broadening your professional impact.

Qualifications:

Valid Alabama Occupational Therapy license and certification (documentation required) Experience in school-based OT strongly preferred Familiarity with IEP development and implementation Ability to work both independently and within interdisciplinary teams Comfortable traveling to multiple locations during the week Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:
