Job Description
Qualifications and Experience:
Active and valid Occupational Therapist licensure Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy strongly preferred Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to a diverse range of student needs Solid communication and documentation skills Collaborative mindset for working with teachers, staff, and familiesKey Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals and educational plans Assess students' needs and develop individualized treatment strategies Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust interventions Provide education and consultation for staff and families regarding therapy best practices Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and necessary reports in compliance with school requirementsBenefits:
