Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate occupational therapist to join our growing team! Whether you are an experienced pediatric therapist or a newer clinician excited to grow your skills, we want someone who shares our heart for children and families. What You'll Do Provide individualized, play-based occupational therapy to children from birth through adolescence Address areas such as sensory processing, fine motor skills, gross motor development, self-care, feeding, visual-motor skills, regulation, and developmental milestones Create meaningful, functional goals based on each child's unique needs Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals Complete evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation Help families understand their child's needs and provide practical strategies they can use at home Create a fun, encouraging, and engaging therapy environment Continue learning and growing as a pediatric therapist Why Us?
