Join our team as an Occupational Therapist, providing vital rehabilitation services to individuals with brain, spinal cord, and complex injuries in community-based settings.

Responsibilities include:

Evaluating clients and developing effective treatment plans Administering therapy programs and communicating needs to staff Re-evaluating progress, adjusting programs, and managing caseloads Creating home exercise programs and conducting home evaluations Maintaining documentation of services and therapy goals Participating in team meetings, conferences, and program development Collaborating with physicians, families, and community resources to ensure successful therapy outcomes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and one year of human services experience

Preferred:

one year in neuro-rehabilitation Licensed OT/L in the state and member of AOTA Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance Effective communication, reliability, compassion, and commitment to quality
