What you'll do: Conduct evaluations and build individualized treatment plans for children with developmental delays, autism, and other pediatric diagnoses. Deliver hands-on, child-led therapy that meets each kid exactly where they are. Work alongside our Speech and PT teams to keep care coordinated and consistent. Partner with families, giving them real tools and real hope for progress at home. Help shape our clinical culture as we grow, your voice matters here, not just your hours.

What you bring:

A valid OT license (or license-eligible). Experience with pediatrics, autism, or developmental disabilities strongly preferred; new grads with a passion for pediatrics are welcome to apply. A collaborative spirit and genuine warmth with kids and families.
