Role:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Fort Smith, AR. As an Occupational Therapist with Springs of Covington, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing personalized therapy plans to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to identify areas of need for patients Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address patient goals and needs Provide certified occupational therapy interventions, including activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) therapy, to improve patient function and independence Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and develop effective treatment plans Document patient progress and develop reports for physicians and other healthcare professionals Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational therapy to maintain current knowledge and skills

Requirements:

Minimum of 0 years of experience in occupational therapy Current licensure in the state of Arkansas Completion of an accredited occupational therapy program Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
