Role:
As a Full Time OT, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to our patients, including assessments, treatment plans, and interventions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans Design and implement effective occupational therapy interventions to improve patient function, mobility, and independence Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies Document patient progress and outcomes in electronic medical records Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current licensure or certification in Occupational Therapy Strong communication and interpersonal skills
