School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Position Overview:

Conduct assessments of students' fine motor, visual-motor, and sensory processing abilities to determine eligibility and develop individualized goals. Provide therapeutic interventions across various elementary school sites, adapting strategies to support diverse student needs. Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement classroom accommodations and participate in IEP meetings. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adjust treatment plans to support maximum independence.

Top Compensation:
