Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding opportunity providing vital occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students in an engaging school environment. This contract-to-hire position offers a stable, full-time schedule—40 hours each week across five days—working directly with approximately 45 students to support their individual learning and developmental needs. Qualified candidates should bring a passion for working across school, healthcare, home health, and teletherapy settings, along with the following:
Qualifications & Credentials:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Current AZ OT license in good standing
Desired Skills:
Experience with K-12 student populations Proficiency or interest in teletherapy and in-person service delivery models Ability to manage varied caseloads and collaborate within interdisciplinary school teams Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation best practices
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapies tailored to each student's needs Work closely with educators, families, and other therapy professionals to enhance student outcomes Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing progress updates Engage in both direct and consultative services, adapting interventions for in-person, home, and virtual formats
