Occupational Therapist School Setting - Florence, AZ

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Qualifications & Credentials:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Current AZ OT license in good standing

Desired Skills:

Experience with K-12 student populations Proficiency or interest in teletherapy and in-person service delivery models Ability to manage varied caseloads and collaborate within interdisciplinary school teams Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation best practices

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapies tailored to each student's needs Work closely with educators, families, and other therapy professionals to enhance student outcomes Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing progress updates Engage in both direct and consultative services, adapting interventions for in-person, home, and virtual formats
