Schedule:
PRN , Flexible Schedule!
Compensation:
$50.00/Hr. Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center! This position willtreat various upper extremity disorders ranging from tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. We are seeking a hand therapist who is skilled in custom splinting. The Hand Therapist will work with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure you have what you need for success.

Collaboration:
Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management. +
High Standard of Care:
Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice ( RCB ,clinician expertise, patient perception). +
Personalized Treatment:
Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge. +
Relationship-Building:
Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
+ Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association ( AOTA ) -accredited school of occupational therapy + CPR certification + Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
+ At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic + Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred Additional Data If you're passionate about helping others and value flexibility, apply today!
