Occupational Therapist Community and Clinic-Based Ages Served:

up to $50 per hour , based on experience $10,000 Sign-On or Relocation Incentive, plus monthly performance incentive program Advanced Therapy Solutions is seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) who enjoys working with individuals of all ages and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals with a wide range of functional needs and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans that enhance independence and quality of life.Key Responsibilities:
Provides program participant evaluations, occupational therapy services, and may supervise Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants. Assess individuals across all populations and develop effective, individualized treatment plans Provide therapy services, update treatment plans, and communicate patient needs with team members Manage caseloads, re-evaluate progress, and adjust programs as needed Conduct home evaluations and establish home exercise programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including reports and scheduling Collaborate with medical professionals, staff, families, and community resourcesSpecialty & Program Areas:
Assist with Custom Wheelchairs (PT/OT collaboration) Assist with Custom Durable Medical Equipment (DME) (OT/PT collaboration) Provide support for Feeding Services (High-Need Area) in collaboration with OT/SLP Deliver Community-Based Services (marketed as community services, not home health) across all disciplines Provide Telehealth Services across all disciplines, as needed Travel as neededQualifications:
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy with at least one year of experience in human services Experience in assistive technology evaluations, preferred Current licensure as an OT in the state of Arizona, and in good standing with AOTA Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach Why Join Us?
