Glendale, Arizona Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services in a K8 school setting in Glendale, Arizona for the 20262027 school year. This position is scheduled for 37.5 hours per week , with a caseload expected to fall within the average range. The OT will likely work primarily at one school site while also providing support to a self-contained classroom/program at another site. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to K8 students based on individual needs and IEP goals Assess students and develop appropriate treatment plans Provide direct and consultative OT services as outlined in student IEPs Support students in accessing and participating in their educational environment Provide OT support to a self-contained classroom/program at an additional school site Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other members of the educational team Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with students across K8 grade levels Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to adapt therapy strategies to individual student needs Comfortable supporting students in both general and specialized educational settings Qualifications Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) License AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Ability to provide school-based occupational therapy services Experience School-based OT experience is preferred but not required Education Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

37.5 hours per week

Approximately 6070 students, depending on assignment; caseloads are expected to remain within the average range
