Summary We are seeking Occupational Therapists to join our team at Kids Place. This role is vital in delivering exceptional therapy services to our patients, particularly focusing on pediatrics and individuals with developmental challenges. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop individualized care plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities and overall well-being. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and strategies for improvement. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Qualifications Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arizona. Experience working with pediatric populations is highly preferred. Strong background in developing effective care plans tailored to individual needs. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and related therapies is beneficial.
