This full-time role offers the chance to work with an elementary-aged student population approximately 60 students across multiple sites in the Tucson, AZ area. You'll be supported by a dedicated COTA, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality, individualized care while fostering growth and independence in your students. This position begins as soon as possible and includes a commitment of 35-40 hours per week, allowing you to immerse yourself fully into this meaningful work. Youll make a tangible difference each day, designing and implementing tailored therapy plans, supporting student participation in daily school activities, and helping children develop the skills they need to thrive.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Active OT licensure for the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience working with pediatric or elementary-aged children in a school-based or similar setting Strong collaboration and communication skillsespecially in working alongside COTAs, teachers, and families Ability to manage a moderate caseload while adapting to multiple locations Familiarity with IEP development, progress reporting, and conducting OT assessments

Primary Responsibilities:
