r41617-85374 Job Description ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the skills they need to succeed academically and function independently within the school environment. Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active AZ Occupational Therapist license Updated IVP Fingerprint Card Previous school-based experience preferred but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and therapy notes Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers Support students in improving fine motor, sensory, self-help, and classroom participation skills This position offers highly competitive weekly pay between $45 and $55 per hour, along with a robust benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.
