•Email Shayla at smccaffrey@ensignservices.net. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical and mental health to develop personalized treatment plans. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) to enhance their independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning and ongoing care. Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals with disabilities. Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment options and strategies.
