School Based Occupational Therapist (OT) needed in Tolleson, AZ 2026-27 SY Contract

Occupational Therapist (OT)•Full Time•Arizona We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school district for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, school-based opportunity serving Preschool through 8th grade students with a caseload of approximately 60 students.

Pay Rate:

$42•47/hour Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct and consultative OT services to students Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation Requirements Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license required IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required Previous school-based experience preferred We are looking for compassionate and collaborative professionals dedicated to helping students develop the skills needed for success in the classroom and daily school activities.
