Qualifications and Experience Desired:
Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid for practice in Arizona Experience in school-based OT, home health OT, or healthcare OT settings strongly preferred Skilled in conducting evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation Effective communicator with the ability to work closely with students, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize across caseloads based on student needs In this role, you'll: Assess and identify student needs related to motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence within the school environment Develop and implement customized intervention plans that foster student participation and academic success Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to create a holistic support network Provide teletherapy and, if necessary, home health services to ensure consistent outcomes Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in meetings as required by educational standards Imagine helping students uncover new abilities and overcome challenges in an ever-evolving learning world.
